          In their drive to achieve return on investment in infotech,
          some managers have neglected soft people-related issues
          such as education, training and burnout, in favor of
          focusing on the hard technology challenges of
          enterprise-wide networking or putting PCs on every desk. A
          study implies, however, that if managers adjust those
          behaviors, true productivity gains can be achieved. (0
